Returns Policy  

At Boussidan, we pour artistry and care into every piece of handcrafted jewelry, ensuring your experience is as timeless as our designs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re delighted to offer a 14-day return policy for unworn items.  

How to Return
- Step 1: Contact us at naomi.boussidan@live.com within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate your return.  
- Step 2: Ship the unworn item back to us within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging, with tags attached.  
- Step 3: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.  

Please Note:  
- “Unworn” means the jewelry must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.  
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.  
- Items from our “Made With You” collection, which are bespoke collaborations with you, are final sale due to their personalized nature.
